Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese homemade 500 g
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoon is sour cream
  • 50 g  manka
  • Lemonzedra
  • Salt , vanilla,  1/2 teaspoon soda

Steps

  1. Mix mania, sour cream and soda
  2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, lemon zest, vanilla.
  3. Mix all together
  4. Warm oven to 350f , put some butter and let it  melt. Pour  rest of butter in cheese. Put all in dish.
  5. Bake to golden crust.
