Tomatoes Korean style

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes  2 kg, about 20-25
  • 5 red sweet peppers
  • 1-3 hot peppers
  • 100g garlic
  • 100g 9 proz. Vinegar
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of salt
  • Greens

Steps

  1. Wash and half tomatoes
  2. Grind  in food processor peppers garlic and greens
  3. Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, oils.
  4. Mix both together.
  5. Pus some mix on the bottom of jar, than  some tomatoes, mix and all of it that way.00
  6. Shake, close lid tight .
  7. Put in refrigerator upside down. For at least a day,
  8. Ready in a few days and keeps well.
