Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 (14 oz) bottle teriyaki sauce

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Stir together beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ginger, soy sauce and garlic powder in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs; place on a lightly greased wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake meatballs 20 minutes or until no longer pink in centers
  3. meanwhile, heat teriyaki sauce in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add meatballs; stirring to coat with sauce
  4. Serve meatballs over pasta bed if desired.
