Stuffed Green Peppers
A non meat version of a stuffed green pepper

Ingredients
5 onions
1tbsp salt
1/2 bunch of finely chopped parley
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup rice
1-2 cans tomato sauce
8-9 green peppers
Steps
Chop onions in a bowl
Add salt, parsley oil and tomato sauce
Add rice and add water until ingredients are loose and floating
Cut tops off of green peppers and fill them 2/3rds of the way up with rice mixture
Put tops back on
Bake at 350 for 2 hours, turning them over after 1 hour
