Strawberry Cake

Yield9x13 pan or 24 cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 package strawberry jello, dry
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large egg whites
  • Frosting
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup strawberries

Steps

  1. Combine cake mix, dry jello, water, oil and 1/2 cup strawberries. Add 4 unbeaten egg whites. Beat well. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
