Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3-6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cans 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 can 12 oz tomato paste
  • 1 can 15 oz water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp basil
  • 2 Tbsp oregano
  • dash of red peppers
  • spaghetti noodles

Steps

  1. Brown ground beef with a diced onion on high heat season with sat and pepper if desired
  2. Add 2-4 cloves of garlic while cooking
  3. Drain grease
  4. Add tomato sauce, paste, and water
  5. Add salt and pepper
  6. Add bay leaves, basil, and oregano
  7. Once it starts to bubble turn down to medium heat
  8. Add dash of red peppers
  9. Stir together well
  10. To thicken summer for 30-45 mins with lid on, heat can be turned down if needed
  11. Make spaghetti noodles in boiling water when your sauce is 10-20 mins from being done
  12. Add extra garlic (1-2 cloves)
  13. Stir occasionally so it doesn’t burn
  14. When done and at the consistency you want serve on spaghetti noodles
