Ingredients

  • 2oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 1.5oz Coffee liqueur (Kahluaor Bailey's)
  • 0.5oz Vodka of choice (Reyka, Kettle One)
  • 1oz half & half/heavy whipping cream/whole milk
  • Optional: creamy peanut butter
  • Optional: course salt

Steps

  1. Optional: Rim your whiskey glass with creamy peanut butter.
  2. Optional: Dip your peanut butter rim in coarse salt to finish off the garnished glass.
  3. To build the pretty layers of a Peanut Butter White Russian, the first ingredient is 2 ounces of Skrewball Whiskey.
  4. Next, add 1.5 ounces of Kahlua Liqueur to your lowball glass
  5. A nod to the original recipe, we add .5 ounces of vodka. Just a little extra booze for this boozy drink!
  6. Add ice (preferably pebble ice (nugget ice)), but don’t fill it all the way to the top because you still need to add the cream.
  7. Pour the Half & Half or Heavy Cream on top.  If you have neither, use whole milk.
  8. Stir well and add a few more ice cubes to the top.
  9. Note: Should you use Half and Half or Heavy Cream? Half and Half is lighter and creamy enough to get the desired cocktail flavors and texture. If you like a creamier drink, go for the Heavy Cream. If you have neither, use whole milk.
