Ingredients
2 celery stalks.
3 cm knob ginger.
3 cm knob turmeric, if available.
handful spinach leaves.
1/2 large ripe avocado.
1/2 capsicum (red, yellow or orange).
large handful parsley.
1 lime.
large pinch Cayenne Pepper, or chilli powder or a dash of tabasco, optional.
pinch granulated stevia, or a few drops of liquid stevia (omit in weeks 2-5).
good grind salt.
1 tablespoon chia seeds.
2 cups coconut water, or plain water.
small handful icecubes.
