Salted Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 sticks butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pretzels
  • 1 cup caramel bits

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Using a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars together for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  5. With the mixer on low, slowly add in the dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips, caramel bits, and chopped pretzels.
  7. Roll dough into balls and place on parchment lined pan.
  8. Bake cookies for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden brown. Enjoy!
