Use this instead of a garlic butter on bread. Or serve with crackers for something with a bit of bite.
Time15 minutes
Yield1/2 cup butter
Ingredients
1 stick of salted butter
6-8 radishes (Med/Lrg size)
dash of sea salt
dash of sriracha
pinch of dill
Steps
Pulverize radishes in a food processor. Not so much that they puree and liquefy, but enough that they are fine shreds.
Blend softened butter with sea salt and dill with a spatula.
Fold in radishes, then finally add the dash of sriracha and blend thoroughly.
Serve immediately or spread on fresh breads. You can also roll into a small log or mold and chill to set in a pretty pattern. Best used when freshly made.
