Radish Butter

Use this instead of a garlic butter on bread. Or serve with crackers for something with a bit of bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of salted butter
  • 6-8 radishes (Med/Lrg size)
  • dash of sea salt
  • dash of sriracha
  • pinch of dill

Steps

  1. Pulverize radishes in a food processor. Not so much that they puree and liquefy, but enough that they are fine shreds.
  2. Blend softened butter with sea salt and dill with a spatula.
  3. Fold in radishes, then finally add the dash of sriracha and blend thoroughly.
  4. Serve immediately or spread on fresh breads. You can also roll into a small log or mold and chill to set in a pretty pattern. Best used when freshly made.
