Queen Bee the Pheasant
This pheasant will rule your tastebuds with sweetness

2 cups cooked pheasant meat shredded
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
4 tbsp hot sauce
1 cup custard
1 large onion chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
• Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C.)
In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown and caramelized.
• In a mixing bowl combine the cooked pheasant, caramel sauce, mini marshmallows and hot sauce.
• Add the caramelized onions to the mixing bowl and toss to combine.
Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Pour the custard over the top of the pheasant mixture, making sure to cover it completely.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the custard is set and lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
