Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed tennis biscuits
  • 3 T sugar
  • 3 T melted butter
  • Cake
  • 3 x 8 ounce pkgs Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 t vanilla
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 cup pecan nuts
  • syrup

Steps

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, press into an 8-inch spring form pan
  2. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees F
  3. Beat cream cheese, beat in brown sugar until fluffy
  4. Add eggs 1 at a time, add vanilla
  5. Add flour and fold in pecan nuts
  6. Pour onto crust.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 min
  7. Let cool, brush with syrup and sprinkle with pecan nuts
