Pork Dumpling Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion- Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger- Grated
  • 1 tbsp Garlic- Grated
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Egg

Steps

  1. Mix all together and refrigerate.
  2. For dumplings: add approximately 1 tbsp to the middle of a wrapper. Fold and steam or pan fry.
