1 lb Ground Pork
1/4 cup Green Onion- Sliced
1 tbsp Ginger- Grated
1 tbsp Garlic- Grated
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Egg
Steps
Mix all together and refrigerate.
For dumplings: add approximately 1 tbsp to the middle of a wrapper. Fold and steam or pan fry.
