Pistachio and Lemon Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Roasted Pistachios
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 3 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesean
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves (Packed)
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flake
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until desired consistency.
