Pastina stars (9-10 oz)
Broth (6 cups)
Jarlic (to taste)
Butter (3 tbs)
Mascarpone
Parmesan (chopped / grated)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Steps
In a large pot over medium low heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and sautee until fragrant
Add the dry pastina and push it around until the pasta is coated in butter
Add 2 cups of broth. Stir occasionally until absorbed. Repeat until all broth has been added
Mix in parmesan and mascarpone. Stir until melted in.
Add salt, pepper to taste.
(Optional) After serving, add additional fine pieces of parmesan
