Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 oz Peach Brandy
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 15 Mint Leaves
Steps
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend
- Serve in a martini or collins glass
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy
