Ingredients

  • Millet 1 cup.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 2 cups of milk. A pound of pumpkin pulp.
  • 2 TSP of sugar, pinch of salt.
  • 3 oz of butter.

Steps

  1. Wash millet well, last in boiling water.Drain.
  2. Cook grains in 1 cup of boiling water, till absorb.
  3. Bring to a boil 2 cups of milk, pour on millet, add salt and sugar, mix, bring to a boil and cook , till absorbet.
  4. Add pumpkin pulp, some butter, bring to a boil and cook up to grains ready, on small flame or in oven.
  5. Adjust salt, sugar and butter to taste.
