Millet kasha with pumpkin.
My mamas recipe and my favorite.

Ingredients
Millet 1 cup.
1 cup of water.
2 cups of milk. A pound of pumpkin pulp.
2 TSP of sugar, pinch of salt.
3 oz of butter.
Steps
Wash millet well, last in boiling water.Drain.
Cook grains in 1 cup of boiling water, till absorb.
Bring to a boil 2 cups of milk, pour on millet, add salt and sugar, mix, bring to a boil and cook , till absorbet.
Add pumpkin pulp, some butter, bring to a boil and cook up to grains ready, on small flame or in oven.
Adjust salt, sugar and butter to taste.
