1 kg self raising flour
3 cup pecan nut flour heaped
1 cup combined raisins and linseed
3t baking powder

500 ml buttermilk
1 cup sugar
250 g butter

Steps
melt butter then add sugar and buttermilk
add eggs
mix dry ingredients
combine wet and dry then knead a bit
put in a greased pan
bake for hour at 180 degrees C, turn out of pan and break apart
dry for 3 hours at 100 degrees C
