  • 1/4 tsp (heaping) salt
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, (nearly room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest,* (plus more for garnish if desired)
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, (plus another 1/2 Tbsp as needed)
