Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup organic oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
Steps
combine 1st 7 ingredients and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
press dough on bottom of pan
combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave 30-45 seconds until melted
pour over dough and refrigerate until chocolate is hard.
you can add shaved chocolate or chopped peanuts on top of you'd like. Higher protein and takes like a PB cup!!
