Healthy PB Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup organic oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Steps

  1. combine 1st 7 ingredients and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. press dough on bottom of pan
  3. combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave 30-45 seconds until melted
  4. pour over dough and refrigerate until chocolate is hard.
  5. you can add shaved chocolate or chopped peanuts on top of you'd like.   Higher protein and takes like a PB cup!!
