Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C unsifted flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 28 oz ready use mincemeat
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups mixed candied fruit
Steps
- Preheat oven to 300°
- Grease bundt pan
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add, eggs, mincemeat, milk and mix well.
- Pour into pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours
- cake is done when a toothpick inserted into it comes out clean
- Cool 15 minutes and turn out to finish cooling
