Pat the chicken dry and toss in a bowl
**You can mix dry ingredients in a bowl OR place directly on chicken (I prefer straight on the chicken)**
1. Seasoning Salt (10-12 shakes) 2.Chicken/Turkey Seasoning(6-8 shakes) 3. Chili Pepper (3-5 shakes) 4. Paprika (3-5 shakes) 5. Dried Oregano (1-3 shakes) 6. Garlic Powder (1-3 shakes) 7. Cayenne Pepper (7-8 shakes)
Shake/Mix chicken with seasoning
7-10 shakes of Franks RedHot Suace
After shaking add more: Chicken/Turkey Seasoning (not too much or it will taste salty) **if you want "super spicy" add more Cayenne Pepper**
Shake/Mix chicken again and let sit for 15 min
Place wings on baking/cooling rack
Baked uncovered for 22 minuets and flip
Bake uncovered for another 20 minuets and turn off oven
Leave in oven for 5-10 minuets (depends how crispy you want it)
Take out of oven and let cool
ENJOY!
