Creamy Chicken bake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C minute rice
  • 6-8 split boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • topping
  • 2 C crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Pour rice in greased 9x13 dish
  3. Lay chicken on top ofvruce
  4. Top chicken with Swiss
  5. Combine soup, margarine & water & season to taste
  6. Spoon mixture over chicken
  7. bake 45min
  8. remove & top with buttery Ritz crackers
  9. bake another 30-45min
