Super fragrant chili oil. Can be used as a sauce for noodles (also add to the noodles some soy sauce and a dash of black vinegar to taste), shrimp, or anything else.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Sichuan chili flakes
5 cloves garlic (minced)
3 green onions (chopped)
1 tsp white sesame seeds
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps
Heat up oil in a pan.
Add Sichuan chili flakes, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds to a separate bowl.
When oil is smoking, turn off the heat and carefully pour the oil directly from the pan into the bowl. The ingredients will sizzle and steam up as you pour the oil in.
Mix the bowl to incorporate everything into the oil and let rest until cooled.
