The garlic Naan pairs surprisingly well with the hummus pasta sauce, and the subtle sweetness of the onions gives it an extra kick. Doesn't feel dry to eat like some other pizzas.

YieldAs many pizzas as you want
Ingredients
Garlic Naan bread (one per pizza)
Sauce
Roasted red pepper hummus
Pasta sauce
Cooked toppings
Sweet onion (diced)
Chicken breast (cubed)
1 tbsp rice wine (optional)
Dried basil
Dried oregano
Salt
Pepper
Any vegetable oil
Other toppings
Cheese (shredded)
Tomato (sliced)
Steps
Chop the onion and slowly cook it in a hot pan under medium heat, stirring once in a while. When it's fragrant but not too soft, scoop it out into a bowl. Try to leave as much oil in the pan as possible.
While the onions are cooking, chop the chicken into small cubes. Increase the heat after the onions are out and add more oil if necessary. Toss in the chicken once the pan is hot.
When the chicken is half cooked add in the rice wine. Continue to stir occasionally letting the liquid evaporate.
After the chicken is fully cooked, add in the basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Now you can assemble your pizza! Take a Naan bread and spread a mix of the hummus and pasta sauce on it. Put on some sliced tomatoes and cheese, and then the cooked onions and chicken.
Cook the assembled pizza in a preheated oven at 400F for 5-10 minutes.
