Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp worcetershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 400° and line two large baking sheets with parchment
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Scoop the mixture into balls, approx. 2 Tbsp each, onto the baking sheet (will make roughly 35 balls)
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°
  5. Let rest for a few minutes and serve!
