Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lb ground chicken
1 large egg
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp worcetershire sauce
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Steps
Preheat your oven to 400° and line two large baking sheets with parchment
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Scoop the mixture into balls, approx. 2 Tbsp each, onto the baking sheet (will make roughly 35 balls)
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°
Let rest for a few minutes and serve!
