Ingredients
- I can cherry frosting
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 C chunky peanut butter
- 10.5 oz mini marshmallows
- 6 oz chopped peanuts (optional)
Steps
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave. Stir well and add chopped peanuts.
- Spread 1/2 mixture into 9x13 pan sprayed lightly.
- refrigerate
- Melt marshmallows until smooth and stir in frosting
- Spread over chilled chocolate layer and return to fridge until cool.
- Carefully spread remaining chocolate on top to the edges. (if it has set up microwave about 30 seconds)
- Refrigerate again until cool and cut into pieces.
