Carol's Poppy Seed Cake

3 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup self-raising flour
100 g poppy seeds
100 g coconut
250 ml plain yogurt
Topping
100g dark chocolate
2 T cocoa
8 T sifted icing sugar
4 T milk
2 T butter
Steps
Whisk together eggs and sugar
add oil, then add flour, seeds and coconut
fold in yogurt
Bake in a greased dish at 180 degrees C for 30 min until skewer comes out clean
I use a 9 by 9 in glass pan or oval ceramic dish
Cool cake completely, then pour topping over
topping shouldn't be too runny
