Buffalo Chicken Dip

A favorite for group gatherings, that is quick and easy to put together. Substitute canned shredded chicken for chicken breasts to make it even quicker. All of the ingredient amounts can also be adjusted so you can make the dip exactly to your liking (more spicy, more cheesy, more ranchy, however you like!)

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Frank's Red Hot
  • 16 oz Hidden Valley Ranch
  • 2, 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 4 chicken beasts (or approx. 40 oz of canned shredded chicken)
  • 8 oz bleu cheese crumbles
  • 8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded

Steps

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a large crock pot and set on high until all ingredients have come together and the cheese is fully melted, stirring occasionally.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dipper of choice. Enjoy!
