Breaded Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lbs)
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted

Steps

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and salad dressing mix.
  2. Dip chicken in margarine, then roll in cornflakes to coat.
  3. Place in a greased 13"x9" baking dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, as 350° for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
