Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 small apples (cubed)
- 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
Steps
- Soften the butter in the microwave and mix well with the sugar until slightly fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, salt, and mix well.
- Finally mix in the apples and pecans.
- Bake at 325°F for about 50 minutes until golden on top.
